style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">As a Pad-Mount Gear Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality electrical enclosures that support the reliability of the power grid. </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Assemble pad-mount gear enclosures ranging in size from 42” x 37” x 70” to 86” x 94” x 76”.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Identify, transport, install, mount, and bolt all types of components (ranging from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs., with assistance), including bus assemblies, high-voltage switches, mounting and support plates, lock assemblies, doors, and roofs.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Perform mechanical inspections using torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Use material handling equipment, hand tools, power tools, air-impact tools, gauges, and overhead cranes.</span></span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">Work in a fast-paced assembly environment following standardized work instructions and meeting specified Takt Time requirements.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"><span
