This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. </p><p style="color:#161513;font-family:"Oracle Sans";font-size:12.0pt;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-left:.375in;margin-top:0pt;"><strong>Join Our Team as a Custom Engineer Support Specialist!</strong></p><p style="color:black;font-family:Calibri;font-size:12.0pt;margin:0in 0in 0in .75in;">The Custom Engineering Support Specialist will be performing administrative tasks to support the design and quality assurance efforts of the Custom Engineering team.</p><p style="color:black;font-family:Calibri;font-size:12.0pt;margin:0in 0in 0in .75in;"> </p><p style="color:#161513;font-family:Calibri;font-size:12.0pt;margin-bottom:12pt;margin-left:.375in;margin-top:0pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="color:black;font-family:Calibri;font-size:12.0pt;margin-bottom:7pt;margin-left:.375in;margin-top:0pt;"><strong>The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:</strong> </p><ul style="direction:ltr;list-style-type:disc;margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;unicode-bidi:embed;" type="disc"><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Work directly with product specialists, designers, engineers, and leadership to ensure timely progression of order workflows for new customer orders. </span></span></li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Using 3DX software; create new items, new or revised Bills of Material (BOMs), and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). </span></span></li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Manage design documentation records including filing and processing of new orders and change orders. </span></span></li><li style="color:black;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Conduct internal QA audits and review BOMs, ECOs, and Production Support Requests for completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
