Coordinate with Packaging Sites, LOCs and Business Partners to support all technical & automated artwork template corrections/questions. Review technical and automated artwork template files (created by BPs) to ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.</p><p></p><p><span>The Product Artwork Design Lead will partner with different functions within Product Artwork, </span><br />Manufacturing,<span> Packaging </span><span>CoE</span><span>, Regulatory, Global Commercial Strategic Organization,</span> Packaging Sites, Local Regulatory teams.</p><ul><li><p>Lead creation of Global Design Intents and Guidelines for secondary packaging graphics that meet the needs of our customers and ensure compliance with Health Authority regulations, Corporate and Brand guidance.</p></li><li><p>Support design of Instructions for Use (IFUs).</p></li></ul><p></p><p>They will support automation initiatives within the artwork management system (ArcTiC / Esko), partnering with Product Artwork and cross-functional teams. Support the development and creation of automated artwork templates. Support timely and compliant delivery of Product Artwork Automation that meets all HA and company standards. Leverage innovative technology, best practices and synergies for operational / automation efficiency in compliance with J&J Policy and local HA Requirements. Provide technical support & training to team members within Product Artwork & Business Partners. </p><p></p><p>They will assist in designing and improving technical and automation workflows; establish KPIs to measure performance and value creation (in collaboration with PT team). </p><p>She/He will work / partner closely with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Sites, Brand Protection, Supply Chain, and external partners / vendors to support seamless automation integration; and deliver proactive, expert technical support for all artwork-related processes. </p><p></p><p><b>They will be responsible</b> to ensure adherence to artwork systems and regulatory standards; identify and mitigate technical and automation risks. Work closely with Product Artwork Excellence team for all quality and compliance related events, performance metrics, audit, development of SOP, training content and system master data input. Help benchmark best practices & new innovations for all product artwork technical & automation related activities. Build strong alliances across various stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Qualifications</b> </p><p><b>Education:</b> </p><p>· Bachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, or Supply Chain preferred. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Experience & Skills (Required):</b> </p><ul><li><p>At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical / regulated environment. </p></li><li><p>Technical & automation related experience in artwork, Regulatory Labeling or packaging fields.</p></li><li><p> Experience in coordinating / troubleshooting artwork, Regulatory Labeling & packaging design.</p></li><li><p>2+ years’ experience in production-readiness of artworks (preferably packaging).</p></li><li><p>Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, photoshop, Acrobat Pro. </p></li><li><p>At least 2 years’ exposure to and general understanding of regulatory processes and systems and/or in pharmaceutical packaging, artwork management, or related fields. </p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to artwork, packaging and<u> </u>labeling in the pharmaceutical or regulatory driven industry. </p></li><li><p>Supply Chain experience, including expertise in value chain, packaging sites, MSAT external vendor management, and/or related areas. </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of E2E performance and metric-based culture within the artwork coordination team. </p></li><li><p>High intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and learn artwork processes and how they relate to other supply chain processes as well as impact on customer experience. </p></li><li><p>The ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity with constraints of schedule and budget. </p></li><li><p>Strong cross-functional business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. </p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority, at all levels of the organization, and managing partner relationships with various stakeholder.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. </p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Preferred:</b> </p><p>· Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience. </p><p>· Lean/Six Sigma certification. </p><p>· Familiarity with artwork systems (e.g., ArcTiC/ Esko). </p><p>· Experience in setting up KPIs.</p><p></p><p><b>Additional Information</b> </p><ul><li><p><b>Communication:</b> Build strong alliances across various stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. </p></li><li><p>The anticipated Compensation is 94,000-144,500.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
