Learn more at </span><a href="https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine" target="_blank"><span><u><span>https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine</span></u></span></a></p><p><span>Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>We are searching for the best talent for Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co-op/Intern to be remote or hybrid (no relocation option).</span></b></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Purpose: </span></b><span>The Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co-op/Intern role will contribute to the success of Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Population Health (SPPH) by effectively supporting strategic initiatives related to supporting implementation of specific partnership engagements</span></p><p><span>This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy and plan that highlights the innovative projects and impactful outcomes driven by the SPPH team.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>You will be responsible for:</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>1. Partnership engagement with select partners</span></b></p><p><span>· Support Execution of specific project/engagement with select strategic partners (Eg. UIDP/Duke/UNC or Data partnerships)</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>2. Communication Strategy Development – shadow, and input:</span></b></p><p><span>· Work alongside campaign mindset Project lead, to Support the design of a comprehensive amplification plan for SPPH that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.</span></p><p></p><p><span>· Support Execution of specific tactics to elevate awareness of SPPH’s contributions internally and externally.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>3. Content Creation, Internal and External Amplification:</span></b></p><p><span>· Develop and publish engaging articles for the company homepage, newsletters, and other internal platforms to showcase SPPH’s business impact.</span></p><p></p><p><span>· Produce high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences, including employees, collaborators, and external partners.</span></p><p></p><p><span>· Execute on external amplification tactics identified in strategy – ex: LinkedIn, or other channels</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>4. Metrics and Impact Measurement:</span></b></p><p><span>· Support the definition and tracking of impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of amplification efforts.</span></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Qualifications / Requirements:</span></b></p><p><span>Ideal candidates for this co-op/internship are</span></p><p><span>· Enthusiastic about developing partnerships and strategic communications</span></p><p><span>· Have experience in storytelling or marketing, and</span></p><p><span>· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><span>· Familiarity with the pharma and healthcare sector is a plus</span></p><p><span>· Science, Communications and Business majors are preferred (preferred colleges: schools that allow co-ops, Drexel University, Northeastern University)</span></p><p><span>· Experience with social media platforms is a plus</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Not eligible for Severance.</span></p><p></p><p>Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.<span> </span>Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.</p><p><span> </span></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
