Building a deep understanding of surgery, connected technology, clinical and medical data, and healthcare markets will be required as a foundation to build and deploy an integrated global communications plan.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Education</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (required).</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Experience</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>5–7 years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, public affairs, or related fields.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in healthcare, MedTech, robotics, or highly technical industries preferred </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality written and visual content across multiple formats.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working cross‑functionally with matrixed teams and managing complex workflows.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Skills</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with digital, social, and multimedia communication platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence without authority.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
